Field Trips
Occasionally, field trips are organized to local parks or art galleries to help inspire students with their art. Students usually bring a sketchbook with them and draw objects that they see. Field trips are accompanied by the teacher and parent volunteers.

Class Projects
Every few months, our students take a break from independent drawing to work on fun, class-wide projects. The purpose of these projects is to allow students to express arts through different and unique mediums, and often times to give back to the community. Here are some of the past projects and planned upcoming ones. Enjoy!
Rocks
Our first project was to turn rocks into artwork. Students were able to paint a painting on the rock or turn the rock into something else like a ladybug or an owl. Check out some of the student creations on the left!
